Refundable 50% Security Rental Deposit

A typical non holiday weekend rental would be from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. The rate @ $395 for the 2 nights would be $790. The security deposite would be half of that ($395 - leave the house in good condition and this will be refunded after the rental ). Total cost for the weekend with cleaning fee would be $940.00
